2-Day Restorative Justice Training
Restorative Justice is a profound shift in how we approach harm, conflict, and community. Join us for an immersive two-day training that will equip you with foundational restorative practice skills and the mindset that underlies all restorative work. In this training participants will experience community building circles, learn processes that foster community, healing and accountability.
1-Day Advanced Circle Facilitation Training
Building on community building circle facilitation skills, participants will experience lower to higher risk circles, understand the trauma informed elements of circle that can support emotion, difference and grief within the circle. This experiential training will build facilitator capacity to hold a safe and brave circle space.
1-Day Re-Engagement Circle Training
Whether a young person is returning from a suspension, a long struggle with truancy, or a period of personal absence, the way we welcome them back determines if they stay. Join us for a cross-sector training designed for Administrators, Teachers, Coaches, and Community Mentors.

Deep listening, with an open heart, is a two-fold practice that nourishes our lives and those around us. In this workshop, we will explore inner listening to ourselves, our truth, and the self-compassion that arises when we acknowledge, with kindness and acceptance, our inner voice that so needs our time and attention.

Coming Back to Life Workshop
With escalating global violence, the unraveling of democracy, and ongoing climate and biodiversity collapse, many of us feel deep grief fear and powerlessness over the increased suffering that is all around us. This experiential workshop offers ways to transform these feelings into soulful actions grounded in insight and compassion.
