Organizations

Effective leadership is not just about achieving results, it’s about building a workplace where every employee feels valued and respected. Managers must be equipped with the tools and practices to proactively message care for their teams. These “soft skills” are, in reality, powerful community-building strategies that create a foundation of trust. When this trust is in place, organizations are better prepared to respond to inevitable workplace challenges, such as conflict, harm, or team disagreements, with fairness and clarity.

  • Trainings in the Workplace

    Circle Facilitation

Building a collaborative culture can begin by learning to facilitate Team Building Circles and lead team meetings to discuss workplace issues.  Collaborative work environments incorporate all voices, connect and build relationships within the team and create a more inclusive and satisfied work culture.

    Managing Conflicts in the Workplace

Staff and Managers can use restorative conversations and mediation skills to address low level conflicts as they occur.  Responding timely and skillfully to workplace conflict can decrease the number of formal complaints and provide a more satisfactory experience that mitigates future conflict.  Learn to address team conflicts, interpersonal discord, harmful language and general grievances and gripes restoratively.

  • Direct Facilitation

PiRI Facilitators can facilitate responsive processes related to team conflicts, interpersonal discord and harmful language that create unsafe workspaces. Restorative processes are trauma-informed, confidential and seek results with agreement and a plan to move forward with follow-up.
