RESTORATIVE PRACTICES TRAINING FOR SCHOOL OFFICIALS
On June 29-30, 2011, Partners in Restorative Initiatives hosted a training for 30 Rochester City School District Administrators and School Resource Officers, as well as counselors from the Family and Crisis Intervention Team (FACIT).
The training was funded by a grant from the Feinbloom Foundation as part of an effort to reduce the number of school arrests within the Rochester City School District and to provide healthier, more effective options for both victims and offenders.
